Healthy nail growth starts long before you sit down for your appointment.
Here are some of my favorite tips for keeping your nails strong, flexible, and happy between visits:
πΈ Nourish Daily
Use cuticle oil every day β itβs the single best thing you can do for your nails.
It keeps the nail bed hydrated, promotes flexibility, and prevents cracks.
I recommend massaging oil into your cuticles morning and night β even a few drops make a big difference.
πΏ Hydrate from Within
Your nails reflect your overall health. Drink plenty of water, and eat foods rich in biotin, zinc, and omega-3s (like nuts, eggs, and avocado).
These nutrients feed nail growth from the inside out.
π· Be Gentle
Avoid using your nails as tools (no can-opening, no scraping stickers!).
Treat them as jewelry β delicate, beautiful, and worth protecting.
π Keep Up Regular Appointments
Professional care every 3β4 weeks helps maintain structure, prevents lifting, and keeps nails consistently healthy.
Each session includes gentle prep and finishing β no over-filing, no harsh drilling, and no shortcuts
